I have managed up to 30 staff in my experience in all areas from calculating their pays from time sheets, providing pay slips, holiday pay calculations, superannuation, creation of group certificates.

I can also manage sub contractors and help them with invoicing and can process Q Leave requirements.

Administrative Services & Spreadsheet Design

I have extensive experience within Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

I can create resumes, type your letters and more.

I can design spreadsheets for anything from budgets, accounts management, payroll and even creating spreadsheets for your children's chores.

Certifying Documents

I have been a Justice of the Peace Qualified since 2001 and am happy to certify any documents.

Bookkeeping & Accounting Software

I have access and can provide MYOB to customers for a small monthly fee.

​

If you would like to utilise your own current Accounting Software I am happy to use this once you have provided me with this.

I can input your accounts receivable and payable

and reconcile your bank account

I can also manage your accounting needs in Excel.

Petty Cash & Tax Receipts

Are your receipts everywhere and unsure what to do with them?

Give them to me and I will help you organise them so you aren't paying your accountant thousands to deal with them.
